Patterson Area Neighborhoods Association is an advocacy group for
moderate growth and quality of life.The target population is the 7,000
people who live in the the Patterson area of Santa Barbara.
The site is to inform the population of the issues occuring in the
area and to encourage donations and personal advocacy at the
county level.
